Saturn Time Study
Measure

Capture the work three ways — and let the operator and the machines share one clock, so the waiting can't hide.

Stopwatch study. Lap through elements, rate performance, apply allowances, get standard times.
Predetermined motion times. Build element times from motion sequences when the job doesn't exist yet.
Operator cycle engine. Assign machines to elements; it simulates the cycle and finds the true cycle time.
Auto-wait & bottleneck. When the operator returns to a machine that's still running, the wait shows in red — and the constraint is named.
